No, resort activities like skiing, zip-lining, or cable car rides are optional and paid separately at the location.

Is the tour suitable for children or elderly travelers?

Yes, the tour is family-friendly, but note that the hanging bridge and some forest paths may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Meals are not included in the price. However, there will be a lunch break at a local restaurant where you can enjoy traditional cuisine.

Can I cancel the tour and get a refund after purchasing?

You can reschedule your tour date or cancel your booking at any time. However, refunds are not available if more than 12 hours have passed since your purchase.This is because we begin arranging services shortly after booking.
